Green

Love is like the green, green grass of home, in heart and mind where’er one may roam.
Quote - Poet’s own.
The lady loved to roam in moonlight’s kiss searching for romance and magical bliss Her heart a flaming inferno of fire hot-blooded intensity of desire. Stalking around in dark shadows of the night beneath the moon and silvery starlight With flirtatious purpose kept under wrap enticing lovers to enter her trap. An irresistible web she would weave for those foolish hearts willingly deceived Alluring beauty attracted her prey once bitten there'd be no getting away. Emerald green eyes, dark lashes flashing ruby red lips pouting at those passing Tresses tumbling down, a golden headdress a velvet wrap to embrace her finesse. She walked with lithe grace of a feline cat purring softly when someone made contact Pulling them in with each trick in the book making sure intentions where understood. She'd love and leave them with no afterthought too many to count, lovers by the score No one ever asked, they just wondered why she lived as she did till the day she died. Her spirit lives on in a twinkling star looking out for lovers where'er they are Still as exquisite, still in love with love arranging love affairs from up above. Princess of love, many hearts she melted when she walked planet earth in green velvet.
