Goodbye To a Love
Trauma lingers over what was such a great thing,
Unconditionally has always made my heart sing.
Best friends, lovers and felt like much more,
Now as if we never met before.
To be honest I never have met this person before,
Someone now capable of many things to someone who loved them to the core.
Mercy was pleaded for but never pardoned as one was already down,
One heart was left in limbo while the other was hearing another’s sound.
Success I shall create from this despite now you have become a foe,
As I move forward don’t ever think you will be allowed near me with all my dough.
Young people make mistakes as did I but I took ownership for what I’ve done,
Too bad I was doing it for nothing while you were just having your fun.
First sexual experiences always have a place in the heart & cause one to bend,
That is why it is sickening to allow this to be how it will end.
When respect is shown to someone in highest regards it is supposed to be returned,
Yet in some cases like by the dark one you become burned.
They say if you burn money it will turn black true colors then show,
This was something earlier I wish I did know.
Time moves on now but scars will remain,
Now when mercy is asked from me it will be held in vain.
Any being that can place an era like that to the side over the unknown for sure,
That person has skeletons in their head & doesn’t deserve respect anymore.
Memories still linger of what was & what it used to be,
The sad part is the only one it still matters to is me.
This is a goodbye to an old love one that in the end has nothing to show for,
It’s okay though because the right one will give me much more.
The life becomes sucked out of you as you were robbed of your worth,
But now time has come for my rebirth.
This might sound harsh but it’s what you deserve with the new life you are living,
From this day forth I can guarantee till death u will remain unforgiven.
