God's Peace
Peace on Earth
Good will to men
I have heard that since birth
But will it ever be that way again
Men, women, and children dyeing
every day for no reason we can
Mothers, Fathers, Babies crying
When will this all end
God is the only answer to our problems
Yet we don't ask for him to help us
We are to proud think we can solve them
With war and miss trust
When will we learn that He is the only way
For our lives to be whole
The only way to find peace some sweet day
If we would just stop we would know
So I asked myself what can one woman do
To end this hurt and pain
I can put my trust in you
And let you wash my soul with your cleaning rain
Peace on earth
Good will to men
I know with my new birth
I will see it some day again
