God’s love is alive
A fire on the inside
Filling my heart and life
With inspiration and guidance
God’s love is exciting
Providing second chances
To live through the days
And come out feeling blessed
God’s love is the answer
To all the questions inside
The ones that need solutions
And assurance that will guide
God’s love is fulfilling
It makes life so much easier
With inspiration that lights
Up the heart and soul
God’s love is accepting
And understands my worst
Forgives me when I sin
And helps me to grow within
God’s love is compassionate
And gives generously
Without even one condition
It lives to express tender hope
God’s love is aware of
All the times I’ve failed
Yet it still reflects the good
That God’s love does reveal
God’s love is a welcome hand
Sent down from heaven above
Reminding me why I can give
From the depths of my heart
God’s love challenges me to
Have faith in His purpose and plan
To listen to what He says to me
When I need to know His will
God’s love is a mystery
Yet I’m so thankful for it
It’s a love that I can know
