God Made It So
So blue is the ocean,
like saffires in the snow.
beauty to behold,
God made it so.
Mountains in the distance,
outlining the evening sky,
hues of orange, and gold,
God made it so.
Fields of wild flowers,
with fragrance so sweet,
a picture in our minds to hold,
God made it so.
Children full of laughter,
lying in the grass so green,
watching clouds moving real slow,
God made it so.
Our flag with stars,and stripes of hope,
waving in the wind,
reminding us that we are free today,
thank God, and pray freedom will always stay.
