God Loves Women
Women should be feeling proud
Because, different from pull-her-downs we see,
One august One acknowledges them,
And that one is the god of the bible.
According to that book Sarah was gracious.
So were Rebecca and Rachel.
Mary the mother of Jesus too
Emerges from the record glorified!
Jesus himself had two good friends:
Mary and her sister Martha,
The sisters of his friend Lazarus.
Jesus respected them. No condescending!
When Jesus was risen from the dead
The first to know were women believers
Who had come to embalm the corpse.
Jesus then sent these to the apostles.
By several witnesses a matter is established.
The message is that God loves women!
