Giving Love With the Last Heartbeat
Many think that love sometimes fails:
is it the hardness of most hearts?
Others use it to defeat unkindness
and show us all that it changes lives.
Love breaks down ever boundary;
love lifts one to icredible heights,
it thrills and bends a strong will...
making it realize that greed is folly.
Giving love with the last heartbeat
to someone about to die,
or for that wounded friend
in battle is victory, not defeat;
do the same and feel very proud,
shun the angry looks of the vile.
Our motto must be, " Kindness "
ending the insanity in us;
let the cruel see for themselves
how vain and evil their thoughts
are more than the words far from sweet,
not giving love with the last heartbeat.
