Gifts of Eden

Gifts are scented,gifts are rosy
Gifts are full of Eden shimmer
Rosy Summer, sing and murmur
In the silver beams of moon
Sun and ocean with wind whisper
On a summer scented noon
Gift of scented puff in summer
Not a gift , it is a boon

Gifts of cuckoo,gifts of seagulls
Gifts of silver magic show
Gift is dance of silver candle
In this world of tears and woe
Cuckoos coo in mango garden
In the dusky summer show
Hearst thou the songs of Eden
Midst of Earthen tales of woe

Gifts of beechen haunts in summer
From the Maiden Nature's shop
Shades of summer rove and whisper
In the meadow in the crop
Daisies, myrtle, poppies, violet
From the shady Bowers pop
Gift of spring, gift of Autumn
Gift of foggy misty winter
Gifts of ocean , spring, rivulet
Gift of earthen lamps which murmur
In the temps of Holy bowers
Wherest with the wind they whisper

World of taste therest it mingles
With the world of scented summer
Hills and meadows, reddish Ingles
In the reddish ocean murmur

Life is but a rosy journey
In a rosy scented boat
Row O ship in heart of ocean
Sing the scented summer note
Gift of life, gift of Eden
From the Holy Hands of Lord
Who liveth not in temp or heaven
Liveth He in the depth of Heart
