Friendship Soup
Gather the best ingredients you can get,
combine them all together, and add a little wit.
a dash of romance, wrapped in love,
and of course add plenty,
we have to make sure, we all have enough.,
sadness sometimes, adds flavor too,
the best group of poets, writing our blues,
seasoned by hard times, lived by me and you.
Some tell stories, while others have to vent,
and all very grateful for our fellow poets comments.
Friendship Soup is what we have made,
and it only gets better, day by day.
