Forgive and Forget

Forgive and forget (Duet)

(She sings)	Verse 1
When we first met,
There were sparks…
I won’t forget…
But lately….
it’s hard to remember...
For years it was miraculous,
Everything we did, was all for us...
But…the chill came in December

Bridge (She sings)

I know we’ve got a lot to learn,
How to stoke the fire, and make it burn
We can make it feel alright,
We’ve got all night

Chorus (They sing)

There are times and seasons,
There are seasons left for us.
Spring, summer and fall,
The winter’s worst of all
Can’t you hear love’s echo call?
We might have to strain to hear,
But, the message’ loud and clear
This is as bad as it gets,
but…let’s forgive and forget
This is as bad as it gets, but…
let’s forgive and forget

(He sings) Verse 2

I too have felt the chilling air,
That’s wedged itself between us...
But…I still cling to hope...
Time may have changed both of us,
But we still have the best of us,
Let’s hold on and not let go!

(He sings) Bridge

I know we’ve got a lot to learn,
How to stoke the fire, and make it burn
We can make it feel alright,
We’ve got all night

Chorus
There are times and seasons,
There are seasons left for us.
Spring, summer and fall,
The winter’s worst of all
Can’t you hear love’s echo call?
We might have to strain to hear,
But, the message’ loud and clear
This is as bad as it gets,
but…let’s forgive and forget
This is as bad as it gets,
but…let’s forgive and forget

Chorus repeat fade
