Love Poem: Forever

Forever

I watch the world go by, as I fall to the floor.
You say, "Oh my.", when you see I don't live anymore.
Did you even care, when I was losing my mind.
I've always known life was unfair, now it's all behind.
Only had one girl, whom I fell in love.
I'd escape from this world, to the girl I was dreamin of.
So let him say, "Write about slitting his wrists."
But look who has her heart everyday, so I unclench my fists.
Still she cries, I cannot take it.
If she dies, I cannot make it.
I'm no longer free, I can't see her.
Sorrow's imprisoning me, yet misery will lure.
I need to escape, I need to be saved.
My soul's up for rape, when my heart caved.
I gave up hope, I died on the inside.
Misery and sorrow cope, giving more reason to hide.
I promised her my heart, she promised to keep.
This love won't fall apart, for we no longer weep.
She kisses my scars, helping to heal.
When we hold eachother we swim stars, the love I can feel.
Forever to us part, forever to hold hands.
Forever to have my heart, not giving into death's demands.
Forever looking into your eyes, in this Romeo and Juliet.
Forever hushing your cries, Our lives have not set sail yet...
