Foolish Agony

Our silent cries, can never be heard.
My iron eyes, make our love so absurd.
Emptiness has darkened my sight, I no longer care.
Will you give your life tonight, will you make things fair?
Was I the winner, in your little game?
Am I the sinner, forced to hide my shame?
Scratch out your heart, my silent gift from above.
When we were forced to part, you took all my love.
The only eyes you see, are the wicked and dead.
Can you feel clarity, swimming in your head?
I can't seem to believe, that you ever cared for me.
No one ever said, life would be fair.
The poison has spread, from your cold stare.
You build your life, on my shattered dreams.
Strike with your knife, and listen to my screams.
I'll make this easier, and accept the end.
Could you be any sleazier, as my hearts been pinned?
Take everything, away from me.
I hear angels sing, at the end of my plea.
I saw your smile, and fantasized tragedy.
I accepted your denial, though I couldn't see.
At your death's trial, I laughed at what would be.
I capture your eyes, and steal the diamonds away.
I swallow the lies, to release them one day.
The blood pours, openly running red.
This game bores, as you collapse on the bed.
I place on you a curse, forever and a day.
You'll feel no pain worse, than you suffer anyways.
My tortured soul, calls out for you.
You consume me whole, because the secrets I knew.
Foolish agony, forever caresses me.
As I try to scream, I fall deeper into sleep.
Never wake me from this dream, for the angels now weep.
