Feelings
FEELINGS
There are a lot of things I feel,
the sad and bad no one can heal.
When i'm happy it's not for long,
all those feelings are soon to be gone.
There are days I feel lost and alone,
and it's all because I have no home.
I'm scared of who i'll become,
looking back and remembering I had no fun.
I remember what being loved felt like,
I remember it felt right,
the warmth I felt from a hug so tight,
the songs that would put me to bed at night.
Over night my world turned upside down
and now all I carry is a frown.
I wish I could live in the past,
so that my grandmothers love could last.
unfortunately the present came to fast.
