Love Poem: Fallen In Love

Fallen In Love

Your stare stabbing so shear sharp -
An acute arrow, hook-tipped -
As in the throat, bone of carp,
Pricking the flesh; gets it clipped...
Yet my yearning, like bee-hop
To draw nectar from you dripped;
And touch the peak of glee-top,
Like wide wildfire gets me gripped.

It's hence, dear, I run to you,
As a beggar seeks the rich;
My bowl of soul filled with woe,
Begging love's eternal niche...
To you to prove my love true,
My life with your love enrich;
with mercy glances as dew,
Thrill me and wholly bewitch.
