Eternal Childhood

Ashamed I shall not be for I am his,
Vessel of his knowledge and his word shall fill me.
For unto him we are kids,
For if we only realize that we will be what he has for us to be.
Giver of life and talents,
So why do we question thee?
Are we afraid to be holy?
Or is it just that we are scared of the ghost?
No matter what the Devil can not controll thee,
For it is God that I love the most.
I cling to him just like I am a newborn child,
For with his love I can't go wrong.
His blessings pour from me like a river wild,
For I don't want to do no wrong.
Nurturing me as I grow through the ages,
As the knowledge flows from his pages.
The bible is his arms that comforts me durring my troubles,
Eventhough they don't last forever because I have faith.
I rejoice for this eternal childhood for it shall never grow old,
For I am filled with his eternal grace.
