Enter Beauty

Last night's remains of champagne
still holding a rendezvous
with one red rose
where did you go?
  oh yes,the mail.
how are you
I wonder out loud
the waterlillies wave
Good morning
out there on the river
hyacynths the neighbors
say must go
for being too many
how can you have too much beauty?
lavender,lavender and more,
I want you all
I hear the screen door slam
I like you but you're not
a hyancyth
at least not on the
outside.
