Embers of Time
To pause and remember, to reflect
To grasp the passing days ever faster
And know time has pictures, we collect
Understanding there're things we'll never master
Though love once came with passion's fire
We carry it now to light the traveled road
An embers torch burns with such desires
To light the memories love bestowed
I'll be with you, as my heart is still pure
And see you always in halo light
