Dreams
I’m living like a dream,
Where everything just comes to me,
No idea where I really am.
Sitting here,
Gazing at stars,
Never knowing where you are.
It just comes to me like dreams.
Looking out,
Beyond the seas,
And all I see is a thousand dreams,
Looking out,
Right through me.
Down below,
Like a dove,
Just lurking for some love.
Sitting there,
Staring at my dreams.
Looking out,
And down below.
Like a dream,
Where you never know,
Where you are or where you have been.
Looking out,
Like a wall of glass,
Just reaching for that final glance,
Till it falls beneath your feet.
Out there,
There are butterflies.
Never did I see your eyes.
And as it falls beneath my feet,
I wonder if this was all a dream.
