The love which I receive from you
It's nothing but an illusion
But even if it is one
I want it to continue on…
Ever since I first met you
I never thought that I'd be with you
For my heart has been hurt
One too many times now
However, you taught me that it is ok
It happens to everyone
So I shouldn't allow that to get in my way
Because there are some that, wont do the same
That others have already done…
I need love; life cannot function without love
Even though love is neutral
Everyone should take part in it
Though some mistakes were made
You should just forget about the past
And allow yourself to love once again
Some people consider love to be fate
And a few consider it destiny
But the main idea of love
Is that people need it
I for one am living proof of that
But now I'm just fine
If I of all people can find love
Then you can too. Just believe it's out there
For all you know, it could be right under your nose
Love is just like light, a very special kind of light
But it is also dark
This keeps love in check
Just because you're in the dark
Doesn't mean it won't get better
Just give it time and then you'll see the light
Love can make one happy, but it can make one unhappy
However, we all need it
Regardless of the end result
Thought some mistakes were made
You should just forget the past
And allow yourself to love once again.
