Love Poem: Days Away

Days Away

My love.
The distance matters not.
Its but days away, our love at hand.
Mere multiple hours until my hand takes yours
and solitude ends completely.
As armor so sleek, our fortune shines
with the most persistent side of grace.
But days away is our destiny.
As we set and wait, we think, of how we
pay for such nectar.
In time, in patience, and in heart.
There will never be such a moment when
kiss meets lips in soulful passion.
But for now we wait.
Until we meet again.
I love you.
