Darkest of Love

Within the darkness of the night
Brought forth the black rose
How was the rose born in the night
Only the darkness knows

Inside a world consumed with choas
Uncertainties and doubts obsessed our thoughts
Two hearts stopped for a moment
Into he devil's lair they were caught

A broken girl, a ghastly scene
She cried crimson tears
Her soul raped, heart murdered
Filled with unspeakable fears

A damaged boy, distressing sight
The walls he built concealed his face
Life has left him alone and abandoned
He has fallen from God's tender embraces

Two lost souls, shattered hopes and dreams
They wait the prolongment of their deaths
Two vacant bodies drained of existence
Walking corpse they were at best

But in the darkness of the devil's liar
Their eyes locked and a spark ignite
And in the blackness that surrounded them
Two blackened roses came to life

Two souls from hell rose up again
While the demons held tight to their feet
They climbed from the depths of the most feared abyss
The chains of torture together they defeat

Two desperate souls at the gates of hell
Found a love that flows thru their veins
Like a drug poured into their bodies
Without it.....A life of torment and pain

So in the darkness love was born
Just like the blacken rose
Many would ask the question "How"
Well....Only the rare few of us would know.

Dedicated to my amazing husband
