DANCER OF LOVE

SHE JUST STAYED IN HER ROOM AND DANCED
SHE JUST STAYED IN HER ROOM AND DANCED
SHE NEVER THOUGHT TO GO OUTSIDE HER DOOR
THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING OUT THERE
                          FOR HER TO EXPLORE
SHE JUST STAYED IN HER ROOM AND DANCED
YOU WOULD FIND HER AT ANY HOUR
                          SINGING SMILING AND KNEELING DOWNWARD
PEOPLE WONDERED WHY THEY CALLED HER INSANE
HER PECULIAR HABIT COULD NOT BE EXPLAINED
EVEN THOUGH THEY ALL DIFFERED AND ACTED STRANGE
THEY WERE QUITE AT EASE WITH EACH OTHER
                          AND EACH OTHER WAYS
THEY CAME OUT TO BOAST TO CURSE TO PLAY
SHE JUST STAYED IN HER ROOM AND DANCED
SHE MUST BE CRAZY SO WITHOUT DELAY
THEY CAME ONE DAY AND LOCKED HER AWAY
SHE DID NOT WORRY SHE DID NOT STRAIN
SHE HAD NO STRESS SHE HAD NO PAIN
SHE WISHED THEM NO HARM SHE DID NOT COMPLAIN
SHE DID NOT CRY SHE DID NOT SIGH
SHE NOT QUESTION OR ASKED THEM WHY
SHE JUST STAYED IN HER ROOM AND DANCED
SHE JUST STAYED IN HER ROOM AND DANCED
YOU WOULD FIND HER AT ANY HOUR
                          SINGING SMILING AND KNEELING DOWNWARD
