Dad....
There is a man,
his name is Shane.
he is my father.
and for that i am eternally grateful.
he gave me life
and encouragement.
he wasn't always there
in the beginning of my life.
but now i am here living with him
and i couldn't be happier.
he gives me strength
and keeps me safe.
