Love Poem: Critics

Critics

Meeting with extensive eagerness.
Seems like a decade or two,
Old times in the longing.
Sitting as if this is the last of many.
Hours toss away freely.
Reigning in thoughts of speaking.
"O' me!"
"Look at the time?"
Placing my wristwatch in the water glass.
Minding our own business in the poetry cafe.
"Speak of the devil,"
"Who just walked in!"
Artistic love exactly came to a closing end.
Dear friend of mine whispers in fear.
"Do you not know who they are?"
I smile in laughter,
"Yes!"
I prayed for one this morning."
"As I woke up and got out of bed."
In my bathroom mirror I found him!"
