Craving Your Charms

Craving Your Charms

Spicy foods do it. Craves attention
Along with certain holidays
Especially when love is involved
Hearts and squares on my pillows

Then, of course, when alone
Or in a crowd, the hostess pleases
Feeling blue? I know it well
You lift up my soul in no time

When it's cold outside, I scream
Just heat it up, And add
some cream, please. Just a dollop
Then go to heaven sipping in my chair

As the sun spikes to summer hues
Its' aim to parch my very lips
I feel the need to chill and make
it a dark and icy mocha swirl

Oh! The variety, there is no end
Almost daily I succumb to your charms
Why are my hips not wider still?
Chocolate date? I'm glad you asked
