Love Poem: Coming Back Home

Coming Back Home

Coming Back Home

Colors fade into the darkness of night,
Once you left, the moon lost its silvery light.
My soul is sucked into a black abyss,
I long for your embrace...it's you I miss.
No one can ever take your place in my heart,
Give us a chance to rekindle and restart.

Baby, I miss the beauty of your smile;
And without you, life's not worthwhile.
Can't you see that we are meant to be?
Kisses and love await ... come on home to me.

Home to me who loves you, my heart's delight;
On to heaven, we'll sail on a blazing red kite.
Me and you will light up the night...
Everything, my darling, will be all right!
