Love Poem: Colourification

Colourification

Come with me my love into an emerald forest,
     Let us journey together the tangled, winding paths;
Past the wisteria hanging from bent tree branches,
          And into the silence, let us find each other.

Oh come rest beside this turquoise calm pond,
     Where tranquility dwells and birds sing softly;
Come love and let us lay in the fandango flowers,
          Let us sink into the peacefulness and dream.

We are one and I fall into your deep charcoal eyes,
     Lost in this sweet web of passion and desire;
Oh kiss my drenched scarlet lips for I am yours,
          Forever and for eternity you have my love.

Yes, touch my scented magnolia hair flowing,
     And I am hopelessly lost in this sultry emotion;
I run my fingers through your ash tangled hair,
          So soft and pleasant in my caressing fingers.

Gold sun falls on us through the towering trees,
     Hold me love, I want to feel your heart beating;
I never want to leave this place where marigold grow,
          Oh, dream, please, can I have a moment longer.
