Colourfication

We watched the feathery clouds
Scalloping the azure sky.
The breeze blew patterns of
Ivory shells in the cloudy drape,
Flowing over a coral roof bewitching
The amber sun to capsize inch by inch.

In a flash the sky shrouded us in in an indigo canopy
Before magically sliding it off to unravel
Zillions of silver sparklers scintillating us in the skies.
I froze holding the carnation bouquet close to my bosom,
My feet had almost sunk into the grassy olive carpet,
Breathing in the fragrance of the bedded marigolds.
My ruby heart revived me out of the celestial spell
While I lay charmed in my sweet love's arms,
Unpinning my glossy jet tresses to wallow in the scented breeze.
