Love Poem: Clouds and Roses

Clouds and Roses

Ever touch a fallen star
so close it burns
from a way down wish
of living sleep,
sounding out
you are completely
far apart
from the deep of what
was the center of your heart?

Blame fate
Drink it down as love
Name it happiness
and choose
all there is to gain and lose
Oh yes, choose...
one by one
the secrets of your ruse
Pile them up as stones
one upon another
until there is a mountain sky
that poses as silent lullaby
for the truth
along this garden wall
so filled to the brim
with clouds and roses

I remember you
as seeds of pain
bits of love
and fluffs of dreams
planted within the cracks
of my soul
and I pray to God
for a perfect rain
