Being unsure and not knowing what to think,
Sometimes I feel like the weakest link.
A link in a long chain of heartbreak and pain,
My heart can’t take very much more strain.
Not knowing what to think day to day,
Not knowing whether or not if your going to stay.
I want to start something exiting and new,
I am pretty sure that is what you want too.
Don’t be scared of what might or might not happen,
That is part of having an attraction.
An attraction to a new person and a new chance,
I am curious to know if our hearts will dance.
Dance, to the chance of a new happiness and life,
A life with no worries and less strife.
I wish I could make you understand and see,
That maybe it could be you and me.
Us together to face the world head on,
I wonder if my hopes and dreams are gone.
I no your hurt and don’t know what to think,
But just open your heart and I might be your link.
A link to happiness and something that is so real,
Something I know in your heart that you want to feel.
