Love Poem: Caught a Bouquet

Caught a Bouquet

Witness
Catch a bouquet
White satin gown
A beautiful wedding day

Two lovers
whose eyes speak
of lots of promises now,
despite the few spoken words
in the marriage vow

Friends and family,
they witness too
Marriages were meant
to last forever
Some don't,
some do

When you caught that bouquet,
did you think that one day
it was gonna be you
Walking down that rose petaled aisle
with your lovely groom on your arm,
giving you his very best loving smile

A witness
see you throw a bouquet,
in your white satin gown,
on your beautiful wedding day
