Love Poem: By Jaclynne Cainey What Hurts

By Jaclynne Cainey What Hurts

You smiled, I smiled. A stroll in the dark, never long enough. You lauged, I laughed.
Nothing hurt too much, while I was in your arms. And when you kissed me, it wasn't
enough, and yet everything I could have asked for...All I ever wanted was to love

you What hurts the most, isnt loving someone who doesnt love you backwhat hurts
the most, is still being in love, with someone, who used to love you back...

In your eyes, In my eyes, was everything we could ever wantIn your touch, In my
touch, a promise, no matter whatThe time I was with you, it wasnt enough, and yet
everything I could have asked for...All I ever wanted was to love you

What hurts the most, isnt loving someone who doesnt love you backwhat hurts the
most, is still being in love, with someone, who used to love you back...

On my face, not your face, is the hurt from when you took away everythingIts me,
not you, who has to go every day, pretendingAnd your the only one, who knows me
well enough to see that im not okay...All I ever wanted was to love you...And to you
have you love me back.

What hurts the most, isnt loving someone who doesnt love you backwhat hurts the
most, is still being in love, with someone, who used to love you back... All I ever
wanted was to love you...and to have you love me back....
