Break Me Down

It's a matter of time, until I win.
You read this rhyme, as you see my grin.
Nothing more, than a whore.
What are you laughing for, because my heart is sore?
I'm sorry hunny, but watch my dreams come true.
It's kind of funny, that none of them involve you.
I waited, for so long.
I asphyxiated, during your song.
God, doesn't this feel so great?
I'll show it in this nod, a smile with fate.
I never meant to let us break, but I can't help it.
Though all the memories we did make, your love just didn't fit.
Now I am free, with nothing left to lose.
Now you see, why I let you choose.
Will you be my beloved, and take my hand?
Or will you be the one who shoved, and denied my stand.
So take my smile, and these tears I've saved for you.
I've not looked back in a while, for this end was true.
I'll retrace, these sorrowful steps.
I leave this place, as you openly wept.
Will you stop, me from making my way?
As I drop, would you walk away?
Just ignore, and leave me behind.
My heart tore, but you don't mind.
So break me down, if it makes you feel fine.
I'll just let you drown, in your dread line.
Do you swear, among the on you lost?
Yet you didn't care, about true love's cost.
So I laugh it away, for it doesn't matter anymore.
Guess you would say, our love was just a bore.
I lie in this comfort, of sweet calamity.
What will you contort, for you no longer see.
Now the sun is gone, for this darkness helped me move on.
