Love Poem: Bluemoon

Bluemoon

when our lips locked, i lost the keys
floating on a sea following a breeze
holding onto whispers minding only she
raising more than questions, fleeting hearts will flee
flowers almost blooming, bleeding for a we
games not the challenge, its ideals and how to be
honest and uncertain, premise setting free
tethered to a feeling, flying for a fee
my secret not a secret, both of us agree
where I was going, I didn't want to leave
breaking any promise the hardest to believe
risking all or nothing, the largest risk I see
shifting on my feet, I didn't make a plee
I drifted down the river, with no one chasing me
Still in this position, not a thing achieved
what I had expected, came with no relief
if I love her than I should let her breathe
dare I hold my breath, I'm falling as some leaves
changes with the wind, blew a heart off my sleeves
blue is just a color, not the hue when happily
we happen to cross pathes in my memories
walking through a park, songs around three
sunflowers and kisses, hit me sleepily
waiting until sunrise, never counting sheep
when i learned your name, my strings played symphonies
closing all the distance means more than sex in dreams
for that short complication, is complimentary
because Im complicated, you make the greatest company
even if you run and hide, im scared to go and seek
take it as we go along, we have infinity
