Blue Sky
In the heat of that summer day
all her blue skies turned to gray
the one she loved had walked away
her love and trust he did betray
She wept and shed many a tear
The hurt was more than she could bear
Gone was the heat of their passionate affair
Replaced by loneliness and despair
To those sad memories she gladly bid adieu
When she met someone new
Someone who would love her through and true
And turn all her gray skies to blue
