Love Poem: Blood Guilty

Blood Guilty

It slipped through.

A life,
An existance.
Mine to save?

Maybe.

A responsibility thrust upon me

A blossom, falling through
weak fingers

to fall
and be crushed.

I didn't even try
to catch it.

and now this blood,
won't come off of
my hands.
