Love Poem: Blame Game

Blame Game

Even when people intentionally do,
I will look at it as God working through,
You take me, Lord, where you want me to be,
Having faith through circumstances for my eyes to see,
We can blame society over and over again,
For all the disfunctional things we can't understand,
We can pick and prod and point fingers all day,
We can push the blame and say they caused all our pain,
But here is the truth underneath all that disfunction,
Is that God will use anything for our hearts reconstruction,
the road blocks are merely a sign to slow down,
a construction of our reflection to what we have found,
of how to be, and how not to be,
teaching us all constantly,
when we forget, these are reminders,
it is Gods way of removing our blinders,
sometimes this must happen over and over,
to practice our hearts and keep us in motion,
in a society were we so easily forget,
when distractions detour us, he reminds us again,
pulling our hearts back to him to see how were being,
revealing his love through his eyes we are seeing.
