Beyond, your closed eyes
I can see how you feel
In the way that you hold me
In the way that you breathe
I push back your hair
Up, and over your ears
Entranced in a beauty
I could never deny
Beyond, those green eyes
Is the woman I love
And though, you have chosen
Your nails pull me close
Your breasts on my chest
Your breath in my ear
But our love, I fear
Is merely beyond
Closed eyes
