Betrayed
Where lies your love and faithfulness as you cry today
Who else is your captive as your tears refuse to dry today
I gave you my heart but you broke it with a sledge hammer
Sadness and pain reside in me ,makes me feel high today
Your love is a hard nut to crack yet I was betrayed
Person I held in high esteemed deceived me and defy today
I went for a trip, came back to see you cruising on my bed
Wife and ‘foe’ relishing in my house, ”oh!, they will die today”
Learnt a big lesson not to trust a friend with my life again
To women deceit, antics and trust ,I say~ bye-bye today
I~ Victor ,retires from this task of lust and love with false pretext
Saint or angel I seek not, for I resent to apply today .
