Love Poem: Belle Bell

Belle Bell

I wonder to myself
As the sound fills the air
Of the bell, ringing out
Struck by the bar at its side
A strange sound ringing through me
With a full head but a hollow heart
It reverberates
Like each thought
Bouncing back and echoing
My empty soul is full of sound
Lyrical, but lacking substance with out her
That smile, at a quick joke, a subtle zing
Just barely out of my reach
A lovely belle that wont stop ringing
Alto voice but chiming
Light gleaming, her eyes
If only to gaze into her eyes every morning
Waking to a gentle Bell
Waking with a gentle Belle
