It can make a person’s heart due sing,
Sent to a Lover or just a Friend,
The true empathy of the gift will never end,
It carries feelings of Caring,
Also the Rose brings thorns does bearing,
Thorns brought by red blood,
Clipped, Prodded, and Picked from the Mud,
All things of beauty have their sharp edges,
Looking passed them, the difference flowers & hedges,
Look for the beauty in the things of now,
Knowing want you should and knowing the how,
Love what you have for the day,
And the Rose will always be around to stay.
