Love Poem: Be Secure In Your Faith

Be Secure In Your Faith

BE SECURE IN YOUR FAITH but does faith source false dreams
That God's finished with you, that you've nothing to learn
Of God's infinite Love, or God's Joy is complete
In your groking Christ's blood is the soul of pure Grace?
You acknowledge "GOD IS" the eternal "I AM,"
But though Satan does this, Satan's need to be RIGHT
(Goat for vanity's joke) shows why jealousy's sin!

Read your Bible and show me where Christ pushed for schemes
To imprison His foes or asked you to discern
The path others should walk! Seek the way for your feet
And I'll focus on mine! But stay out of my face
Unless you are divine or have passed an exam
Where God gave you A-plus, or you've halo so bright
That earth's saints are in awe. In that case, friend, you win!

Be secure that God's Grace is sufficient for you
And each one that you love, that His Justice will prove
To align with His Grace. Do the mentally ill
Go to hell, or might we wish them well, as a child
Too of God, though to some, that seems odd, more than strange?
Does a rapist dare hope God sees Love in his lust?
Should a barn builder prosper whose workers all starved?

It's a fact; we've one mother; you're sibling (it's true)!
Though I'm Seventy-Eight and you're Thirty-Three groove,
When great records are playing, we all get a chill!
But though Love's what all hope for, most lose when beguiled,
The most confident voice cracks when out of its range.
Should God honor more social or small groups you trust?
Does God count faithful's pledges or artifacts carved?
