Love Poem: Be Kind

Be Kind

If you can't give, If you can't receive
If you can't share, If you can't care
Just be kind,
for kindness is the forte of mankind

When vagrant beggars approach you,
solicit your things and money,
even if you don't have any,
Just say it compassionately,
For that's the symbol of heart pure.

When folks nearby, laboring in dirty mess,
even if you can't bare the smell,
don't ever plug your face and nose.
You gain/loss none in that short time,
but they get hurt, for their job is pristine

When you discern your servant maid
having her meal, sitting on the floor,
don't even wait for a second, grab a chair,
accord her a seat, for it's her right,
and we have no right to govern theirs

Every soul in the world is different;
Not everyone gets the same road;
Everyone has their own problems;
so even if you cannot confer solutions,
just be kind...

The world we share is the same;
The water we drink is the same;
The air we inhale is the same;
The sky above is the same;
So don't count the money and fame.

Just be kind,
for kindness is the forte of mankind

This is my two hundredth poem. Managed to deliver a 200 words poem here. I honestly never thought I would reach 200. Its all because of the dearest members of the poetry soup. Thank you poetry soup for providing us the wonderful platform to share our works. I will forever be grateful. Thanks again.
