Athenian Goddess Verses 3 , 4

Athenian Goddess
               Verses 3&4
                       Of 8

Unknowing goddess temptress,
That tempts my pursing lips,
That willingly rapes my funeral heart,
From one that barely lives,
My starving lips upon your breasts,
Both naked, like a cloudless sky,
And devour your flesh a million times,
Your soul left wanting, my angel and my whore.

In God I look, his palatial heavens
Soaring the Olympus sky,
Angelic wings that span the universe
And a billion shuddering stars,
With intent they watch, gauche,
A soul imprisoned under Thraldom’s spell,
And gazed the Goddess Muse
In answer to my prayer, her hand placed
Upon my threaded heart and weaved my fate foreseen.
