Love Poem: At the Cafe

At the Cafe

Everyday, I come to the same cafe.
Where we met a couple of years ago.
I ponder, and wonder.
What you are doing over yonder?
If you ever knew of the love that you once stoled.
Of the passion that still burns within my heart.
A part of me that you took for granted so much.
As I felt a feather like touch.
From my book, I took a look.
and there you stood.
Staring into your eyes, the windows to your soul.
I knew you still cared, and loved me so.
If truths would be told, our love never grew old.
So why should we deny what we feel inside?

As I remmaniece about my newfound bliss,
You surprised me with a warm, passionate kiss.
