As I Drown
As I drown
Struggling masculine waves
trapped amidst whirlpool,
Tides cuddled my soul
as ocean of fears rolled.
Enormous vast sea
beyond farthest sights,
Engulfed our titanic
such worst plight.
Profound last supper
eternal love dance,
Loud notes of music
broken strings, tranquil.
Rescue sounds in air
as if a chopper,
Then the harsh alarm
and I find myself awake!
