As He Still Sees, Poison Arrow In Flight

Sonnet doubles series,

For Only Inflamed Passion, Can This Death Explain

She hung a huge millstone around my neck
breaking my world asunder, my life wreck
I first found love's glory in her dark eyes
later to found out our love she denies!

Bound fast and trapped in her sexy allure
lost in ardor thinking her angel pure
I walked for her a torn, jagged mile
all for a kiss and her promising smile!

With swirling world shattered she laughed at me
her ample bosom swelling up with glee
All the more my immense desires raged on
until I slow bled out cut to the bone!

Yes, her sexy body drove me insane
Only inflamed passion, this death explains.

As He Still Sees, Poison Arrow In Flight

As that poison arrow his heart entered
he saw love broken, as its truth splintered
only seconds to think he cried out loud
it is you my love under that black shroud.

She shuttered, her heart about to explode
light exposed terrible lies she had told
he saw her evil and wanted to leave
she would play her part and soon truly grieve.

She bent over and kissed his dying brow
asking, can you my evil- see it now
Last words, uttered in heartbroken pain
Yes love, and your dark will always remain.

They say his grave deep-moans on moonlit nights
As he still sees, poison arrow in flight.
