Arrogance of the Resurgam

Come!
Sit with me on the sunken boat.
Promise that this boat will float.
I want you to thank me for this,
I’m the depth, and you’re abiss.

We match so perfectly in space,
We even share a lively grace.
Why wouldn’t it be the same,
When we have this boat to tame?!

While we're busy, we may die,
Still, there is no time to cry
We must build, rebuild instead
For the boat above to stand.

Working in this endless lovely liquid
When there’s nothing left and vivid
We can rise this boat of death,
From the hollow pit of depth.
Resurgam.
