An Angel From Above
I believe that if it wasn't for you,
nature's beauty wouldn't mean much to me.
Even though it was challenging to do,
you opened my eyes and taught me to see.
Making my future less overbearing,
you rewound time and helped me press restart.
And comforting me with love and caring,
you healed the pain within my hurting heart.
The undeniable strength of your love
gave me the courage I needed to cope.
And like an angel sent by God above,
your presence imbued my spirit with hope.
You gave me access to your private place,
and I saw love's light glowing in your face.
