Love Poem: Amongst the Cosmos

Amongst the Cosmos

i wonder if it matters that my dreams have depth
Gravity becominq a thing of the past, i cling to the fantasies my soul kept
nevertheless, i'd dig into earth for my own peace
once the memories were too faint
selflessly, i'd float into a cosmic journey
there i had seen the extra-terrestrial "he"
i dug deeper than deep to connect to his mystical being
then such an obscure footprint impressed my heart-love
a peachy sort of love
lost within its absolute time, bound to its volume
this lured me
as we go skyward, it begins to happen to us
soul, star, and sun intertwine because of this "you and I" our dreams, our fantasies... parallel to mystery amongst the cosmos
traces of reality, evaporated in us
suddenly, his five fingers were tangled in mine
a simple caress unknown to the lustfulness of that grey world
earth
being closer than close never
a cosmic journey has to beqin
 this illusion intrigued me
but..
i will smile an earthlink's smile
